Internal regulations

During high season, rentals are from Saturday to Saturday. For low season periods, we can however consider any special request with a minimum of 5 nights to be pleasant to you.

We want our tenants to respect the equipment and facilities made available to them and we want the rentals to be returned in the same condition as that taken at the start of their stay.

Pets are not accepted.

The rentals are “non-smoking” but balconies or terraces are at your disposal!!

A rental contract will be established when booking the rental and you will be asked to send us a copy of your "Multi-risk home" insurance policy including the "Village" guarantee which you will easily obtain from your rental company. insurance.

 

Payment for your rental is done in two stages:

- payment of a 25% deposit upon reservation by check or bank transfer.

- payment of the balance of 75% one month before your arrival by check or bank transfer.

Conditions for canceling your stay:

- full refund of deposits up to 2 months before your arrival.

- refund of 50% of deposits between 1 and 2 months before your arrival.

- no refund in the month preceding your arrival.

The rental guide as well as the inventory and some advice will be sent to you before your arrival so that you can best organize your stay.

We are usually there to welcome you, thus avoiding long queues at the real estate agency. It is essential that you call the day before and if you are late during your journey to confirm your arrival time if you want your reception to be taken care of as soon as possible.

If we are absent, a key box is available which will allow you to arrive at the premises without time limit but in any case after 4 p.m. for the apartments and 5 p.m. for the villa (time necessary for their reconditioning).
